• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use Torq in violation of applicable employment, privacy, or data protection laws

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Torq, including job descriptions, candidate information, and knowledge layer content. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-Generated Content

Torq uses AI to source and rank candidates. AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations only. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions made using Torq.

Subscription and Billing

Torq is currently in early access. Billing terms will be communicated prior to any charges. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting cara@sushicat.info.

Limitation of Liability

Torq is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushicat Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
